Utility Global Raises $100M in Series D Funding to Rollout Its Decarbonization Solutions

Utility Global announced the first close of its $100 million Series D funding round.

The funding round was co-led by Ara Partners, a global private equity firm specializing in industrial decarbonization, and APG Asset Management, which manages pension assets for Dutch funds.

Deploying Series D Funding

With fresh funds, Utility Global plans to accelerate the global deployment of its proprietary H2Gen technology at scale to meet growing commercial demand for its solutions across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Funding To Date

Utility Global has raised a total of approximately $186 million in funding to date, according to Greentechpost.com (Green Tech Post).

Green tech startups solving real business problems have attracted billions of dollars in funding this year. More recently, Volue, a leader in AI-driven energy technology and electrification software solutions, secured significant fresh investment from TA Associates.
